ബസുമതി അരി - രണ്ട് കപ്പ്

കോളിഫ്‌ളവര്‍, ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങ്, കാരറ്റ്, ബീന്‍സ് എന്നിവ - ഒരു കപ്പ് വീതം

ഗ്രീന്‍പീസ് - 150 ഗ്രാം

സവാള(അരിഞ്ഞത്) - മൂന്നു കപ്പ്

പച്ചമുളക് - രണ്ടെണ്ണം

ഉപ്പ് - പാകത്തിന്

കറുവപ്പട്ട - രണ്ടു സ്പൂണ്‍

ഗ്രാമ്പൂ - നാലെണ്ണം

കുരുമുളകുപൊടി - അര ടീസ്പൂണ്‍

തക്കാളി - നാലെണ്ണം

വെജിറ്റബിള്‍ എണ്ണ- നാലു ടീസ്പൂണ്‍

കടുക് - അര ടീസ്പൂണ്‍

തയാറാക്കുന്നവിധം

അരി നന്നായി കഴുകിയെടുക്കുക. മൂന്നു കപ്പ് വെള്ളവും ഉപ്പും ഒഴിച്ച് അരി വേവിക്കുക. വാര്‍ത്തശേഷം അരിയിലേക്ക് ഉണക്കമുന്തിരിയും അണ്ടിപ്പരിപ്പും ചേര്‍ക്കുക.

പച്ചക്കറിയും ഗ്രീന്‍പീസും വേവിച്ചു വയ്ക്കുക.

എണ്ണ ചൂടാക്കി കടുക്, പച്ചമുളക്, കറുവപ്പട്ട, ഗ്രാമ്പൂ, കുരുമുളകുപൊടി എന്നിവ ചേര്‍ക്കുക. അതിലേക്ക് സവാള അരിഞ്ഞതുചേര്‍ത്ത് വറുത്തെടുക്കുക. ഉപ്പും മുളകുപൊടിയും ചേര്‍ക്കുക. വേവിച്ച പച്ചക്കറി ചേര്‍ക്കുക. അതിലേക്ക് അരി ചേര്‍ത്ത് വഴറ്റുക. മല്ലിയില മുകളില്‍ വിതറുക.

www.toshmaskitchen.com, an exclusive cookery website by Toshma Biju Varghese, noted cookery expert and Managing Editor of Kannyaka, the second largest circulated women's fortnightly in Malayalam from the Mangalam Publications, India, has been launched in an august function here at Calicut on 15th of December, 2011. Dr.M.K.Muneer, Hon'ble Minister for Local Self Government switched the website on, in the function conducted along with the valedictory of Kannyaka-Dhanwanthari Kitchen Queen cookery contest Mega finals at Malabar Palace Hotel. Eminent figures from the Socio-cultural arena of Kerala viz, Mr.John Paul, noted script writer, Ms.Manju Pillai, film actress, Dr.P.A.Lalitha, Chairperson of the women's wing of IMA and Director of Indiavision, Khamarunnisa Anwar, Member, Women's commission, etc graced the occasion.
